Ayo Joel-Taiwo is founder, CEO and lead engineer of Blueram Technology Solutions, an innovative IT consultancy started in 2001 with a vision to address IT security and privacy issues with solutions that not only solve problems but add value to organizations. He is also the founder of BlueAcademy, which provides specialized hands-on IT training to both corporations and individuals using only industry accepted best practices.

Ayo’s passion for technology started at early childhood and later became a career choice. He learned early on the powerful impact and possibilities that technology would offer not only to companies but to also individuals. That is why BlueRam Technology Solutions and its subsidiary BlueAcademy’s dual mission – to provide IT solutions for both companies and individuals – is so close to him.

His IT career started as a systems engineer with UPS where he worked with a team that provided IT support for day-to-day operations. Ayo quickly learned to troubleshoot and administer telecom systems while successfully obtaining industry certifications including - CompTIA A+ and Network+ operating systems. His technological skills were quickly recognized and he was frequently consulted on various IT support issues.

He later expanded his IT knowledge with new industries by working with educational institutions and developing and managing network security services, including implementing content filter solutions.

As technology evolved, so did Ayo’s skills. He went on to receive multiple certifications in IT Network and Security Architecture in vast industry fields including – routing & switching, cyber security, and data center solutions. His vast IT project management expertise ranges from cloud solutions and supporting local & wide area enterprise networks.

While working with some of the top IT solution firms, Ayo discovered that training was often one-size fits all and missing one important element – client customization. He felt that solving IT issues should not only resolve problems but should add value and growth based on the vision of each client. It was during this time that Ayo was being sought after by various clients for his extraordinary IT training skills. This prompted him to embark as an entrepreneur and the beginning of BlueRam Technology Solutions and later establishing BlueAcademy, which provides specialized hands-on IT training to both corporations and individuals using only industry accepted best practices.

Prior to founding BlueRam Technology Solutions, Ayo completed coursework in Network and Communications Management at DeVry University. He also holds various CISCO certifications and has taught an array of IT troubleshooting and systems management courses.

Ayo is passionate about sharing knowledge with next generation of IT professionals and often mentors young technology students.
